Nellie Pedro
Nellie Pedro is once again running for election as a Toronto District School Board Trustee in Ward 9 (Davenport Wards 17 and 18 of Toronto). This is good news for the rate-payers and students of Davenport and anyone who understands the urgent need to build a stronger board with a stronger voice for public education in Toronto.
What people are saying about Nellie Pedro
“I worked closely with Nellie at the Toronto District School Board. Nellie was one of the eleven Trustees who stood up to the government and refused to make cuts to programs and schools. She has been a fierce advocate for her constituents. >She is hard working and a trustee that knew what was going on in her community. She will once again be a strong force and positive addition to our board.”

Irene Atkinson - TDSB Truste

“We need Nellie back at the school board. She is a passionate advocate for her community and she knows how to get things done.”-

Bruce Davis, Trustee, Etobicoke Lakeshore
